![]() ![]() Even verifying myself can be totally different based on who picks up. Nobody should be okay with providing this service. The representatives are nice, but in a creepy Orwellian way where you're just getting the same wrong information again and again, like they're just making it up. I keep getting transferred, told that i reached the wrong department then given same number I dialed. I say ok - put that in writing, that you won't give me the info - they are saying no. The first time I was told to expect the letter after not hearing anything I called back to find out that no, they will not send a letter. I have spoken with 8 people and it's as though I've never called before each time even though they say they are taking notes. This letter is required for unemployment benefits. Minnesota state Unemployment is requiring a letter from the institution that sent me the money including how it was accumulated. I cashed out an $1800 rollover account after losing my job. In my opinion a person even thinking about using them for anything would be asking for a long road to no wear. Oddly enough after receiving the bulk of our money we all received a check for $4.33 and another one for 1 cent. I could go on forever about this but we did finally get our money. Several of there employees told me on numerous occasions that if they were overloaded with faxes they would just throw them away which is by the way illegal. Hard to believe since the legal aid filled all of the copies out exactly the same. Either my paperwork was wrong or one of my sisters paperwork was wrong or some other off the wall thing was wrong. After having our lawyers legal aid fill out the mountains of their paper work and my countless calls to their life services department (what a joke) it was never enough. I had to spend 9 months and at least 50 phone calls to get the money my mother (a retired school cafeteria worker for 25 years and my father a factory worker for 41 years). My mother sadly enough past away June third 2022.
